I performed my transcription of The Land at my 80th birthday celebration for Philip Glass on Jan 31st, 2018 in Kimball Recital Hall. Glass wrote the concerto for me back in 2004 and it has been a great pleasure for me to perform my solo version in recitals all over the world! On of my cherished manuscripts of Glass is the beautiful opening of the first variation of this movement! I have recorded this movement both with orchestra (OMM Concerto Project Volume II, and in my solo version on OMM's American Virtuoso.
