Chicken fajita: * 1 green pepper * 1 red pepper * 1 yellow onion * 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts * 2 cloves garlic minced * 1 tablespoon honey * 1 lime for juice * 1 tablespoon chili powder * 2 teaspoons cumin * 1 teaspoon paprika * Cook for 4-8 hours on “low” setting or until chicken is tender. Black bean, sweet potato chili * 3can black beans drained and rinsed * 2 sweet potatoes * 1 can diced tomatoes * 1 yellow onion iced * 3 cloves garlic minced * 1 tablespoon chili powder * 1 teaspoon cumin * 2 cups broth * I added some ground turkey to mine but you can skip! * Cook on “low” setting for 4 hours in a 6-quart crockpot Apricot Chicken: * 2lb boneless skinless chicken breasts * 2/3 cup apricot jam * 1tablespoon low sodium soy sauce * 1 inch fresh ginger root grated * 3 cloves garlic minced * 1lb green beans fresh or frozen Cook on "low" setting for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through. ♥ FIND ME HERE!
