The show stars real-life sibling rivals Monet X Change (winner, RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars season 4) and Bob The Drag Queen (winner, RuPaul's Drag Race Season season 8) as captains of drag queen cheer squads who must battle one another for a national championship trophy. Written by Peaches Christ, the show promises to be a dance heavy, hilarious, send-up that will have you cheering for more. When Monet becomes captain of "The Sponges" cheer team in affluent suburbia she's pressured to lock in another win for their undefeated run. Her team's got sass, spirit, and are full of spunk- literally. The Sponges' road to total cheer glory takes a shady turn when she discovers that their perfectly choreographed routines were in fact stolen from "The Purses", a hip-hop squad from the city led by their captain Bob.
