I know I've been there, especially when it came to relationships. I'd be dating someone and I'd get upset or hurt or pissed off by something the other person would say or do and it would completely throw me into a mood that I couldn't shake no matter how hard I tried. And a little bit ago I got a comment from one of our viewers Mike who was struggling with this same issue.
