Director Colleen Swain has spent the past 22 years working on downtown projects, historic facilities and now her dream job for City of San Antonio. She is the City’s first World Heritage Office Director and first UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy focal point. She has always embraced her inner gypsy and feels extremely lucky that she gets to share her love for San Antonio with the world.
