The weight of cabbage for the Cabbage Kueh recipe is amended from 1 kg to 1.5 kg for 1 packet (600 g) of rice flour used. Similarly, to make both Cabbage Kueh and Ku Chai Kueh using 600 g of rice flour, the weight of cabbage is amended from 700 g to 1 kg (Ku Chai unchanged at 350 g). I take this opportunity to mention that in my YouTube Videos “Making Cabbage Kueh (another Teochew Kueh)” and “Making Ku Chai Kueh (another Teochew Kueh)”, the inner diameter of the jug cover, used to cut kueh “skin” (wrap made from mainly rice flour) into round shape, was 11.7 cm
