Peng Boon Tan's video: Making Cabbage Kueh another Teochew Kueh

Cabbage Kueh (kolekue) is another Teochew kueh. As it is for own consumption, you can use quality and generous amount of ingredients. For commercial use, please contact me at pengboon1@yahoo.com.sg for terms. The weight of cabbage in the Cabbage Kueh recipe is amended from 1 kg to 1.5 kg for 1 packet (600 g) of rice flour used. Similarly, to make both Cabbage Kueh and Ku Chai Kueh using 600 g of rice flour, the weight of cabbage is amended from 700 g to 1 kg (Ku Chai unchanged at 350 g). The inner diameter of the jug cover, used to cut kueh “skin” (wrap made from mainly rice flour) into round shape, was 11.7 cm.
