Cabbage Kueh (kolekue) is another Teochew kueh. As it is for own consumption, you can use quality and generous amount of ingredients. I have also included recipe for making both Cabbage Kueh and Ku Chai Kueh using 1 packet of rice flour. Copyrights reserved but you can use the video for non-commercial use. For commercial use, please contact me at pengboon1@yahoo.com.sg for terms. The weight of cabbage in the Cabbage Kueh recipe is amended from 1 kg to 1.5 kg for 1 packet (600 g) of rice flour used. See YouTube video “Making Cabbage Kueh (another Teochew Kueh): Correction to Recipe”. Similarly, to make both Cabbage Kueh and Ku Chai Kueh using 600 g of rice flour, the weight of cabbage is amended from 700 g to 1 kg (Ku Chai unchanged at 350 g). The inner diameter of the jug cover, used to cut kueh “skin” (wrap made from mainly rice flour) into round shape, was 11.7 cm.
