Pepe Mogt started getting involved in the local techno-industrial music scene around at the US-Tijuana Border while participating in his early electronic music projects more than two decades ago. 1999 Pepe created a sound called Nortec and earned international recognition playing at major festivals, world expos and art galleries around the world like Coachella, GLASTONBURY(UK), SXSW(Austin), ACL(Austin), Sónar(Barcelona-Ibiza), Mutek(Montreal),ULTRA(Miami), WOMAD(Australia-New Zealand), Japan-China-Germany-Italy World Expos, Venice Art Bienale etc. With Nortec Pepe Mogt have 5 Grammy nominations and more than six albums under his arm and collaborations with artists like Wolfgang Flür(Kraftwerk), Tom Tom Club, Atom(Use Sdchmit), Alan Parsons, Morrissey, One Giant Leap, Beck, and others.
