The easiest, fastest, and cheapest way to see the Arch and get to Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach is taking a water taxi from the marina. Pricing is negotiable and depends on a lot of factors (time of day, season, how busy it is, size of your group, etc.) Ballpark, you should look to pay $10-$20 USD per person. Remember that the goal of haggling is not to get the lowest price - it's to find a fair price that's good for you and the seller, so you both end up happy. We knew that taking the two of us out would probably not be worth it for the company if we only paid $10 each. If there were a group of us, then we would have negotiated down. 2. When you enter the marina from any entrance point, you'll see boat captains bidding for your business. They're usually very nice. Be up front and tell them what you're looking for, and they'll help you. (If you want to stay at Lovers Beach for two hours, for example, tell them that.) All the water taxi boats are basically the same, so it doesn't really matter who you go with. Just find a captain that connect with and you'll have a great time. 3. The boat captains work for various companies that own all the boats. The captain will take you over to the company's nearest "office" and you'll pay your negotiated price to the manager, not the captain. 4. Remember to tip your captain. Customary tip is 10% of what you paid, 20% if you really had a great time.
