Interview with Hooman Razavi Hooman Razavi was born in Tehran and moved to Toronto, Canada when he was 18 back in 2002. He earned his B.Sc in Biochemistry, B.Ed in Science Education, and M.Ed in Educational Policy all from the University of Toronto. Hooman has worked since graduation as a teacher of Mathematics and Science in Toronto private schools and currently in Toronto District School Board (TDSB), with a few years of international teaching experience in China. Hooman has volunteered and participated in many community events and organizations. Hooman had been a member of the Agora Philosophical Board for five consecutive years; he also founded the film club "Na Ma Na Cinema" and supported later in the past years "Cine Iran International Film Festival," gaining valuable experience in community engagement, cultural development, and volunteering. Further, Hooman briefly supported the ICC Culture committee back in 2015 when the newly elected board called for volunteers. Hooman's extensive engagement in the past 13 years in the community has provided him insight of the leading players, nuances, needs, and fault lines.
