Pete Pan's video: NASA Asteroid Protection Program gets blasted

@NASA , Asteroid Protection Program gets blasted !
https://www.youtube.com/THORnews A NASA inspector made officially official what I have been saying for months. NASA's asteroid watch protection program is fucked up big time. It ain't got no staff, no direction, no leadership and not a care in the world. From the Guardian - Nasa will not meet a goal ordered by Congress to find 90% of nearby and potentially dangerous asteroids larger than 460 feet (140 metres) in diameter, the agency's inspector general said on Monday. The shortfall comes despite a ten-fold increase in Nasa's annual budget over the past five years – from $4m (£2.5m) in 2009 to $40m (£25m) in 2014 – to track and assess potentially dangerous asteroids and comets. So-called "near-earth objects", or NEOs, fly within about 28m miles (45m km) of Earth. The agency's efforts are poorly coordinated, ill-managed and under-staffed, according to a 32-page report called NASA's Efforts to Identify Near-Earth Objects and Mitigate Hazards by Nasa inspector general Paul Martin. Wow. So $40 million dollars only gets you a 6 man staff? Crazy. God Bless Everyone, T http://www.facebook.com/thornewsgo @NewThor on Twitter
