In this video i explain the differences between Hemp, CBD and THC; which are all common terms you hear when medicinal cannabis is discussed. And i will explain the differences with clear pictures. The video starts discussing the differences between cannabis species and Hemp (or industrial hemp), which is a strain of Cannabis sativa. We will then move on analysing the difference between the compounds found in Hemp/cannabis. Most famously the cannabinoids CBD and THC (Cannabidiol and Tetrahydrocannabidiol). CBD is the compound which is claimed to have medicinal benefits, and THC is the compound which has psychoactive properties.
