Turmeric, and its main compound curcumin has gained a strong reputation for helping with weight loss. In this video i share what i found in my research. Turmeric is a popular spice used in many disshes around the world, particularly in south asia. But is it good for weight loss? We know it has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and possibly anti-cancer properties. To answer the main question i looked at the research supporting Turmeric, and specifically it's main compound curcumin. I also looked at products on the market based on Turmeric for weight loss. There are a few products based on turmeric for weight loss such as Dr Oz's, and also a few turmeric recipes. I also explored some of the known benefits of Turmeric.
