http://www.phenomenalplace.com Centralia is an abandoned township in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Once it was a bustling down known for the coal mines and flourished for almost a century. In 1962 while cleaning up the landfill they get fire to the dump which slowly spread underground and ignited the abandoned coal mines beneath Centralia. Due to the smoke (sometimes poisonous gases) and the heat by 1992, the state government ordered the forceful permanent evacuation of the residents. As per experts the coal is going to burn for another 500 years atleast. you can see that when the camera is taken close, the steam coming out of the ground is making the lens foggy This underground smoke gives a weird and haunted look especially when the town is deserted.
