This is the first long format film I made, back in '95 and '96, so it really is a student film (or rather it would be a student film, except that I was a music student, and made this with no training). The first cut was 75 minutes long and that cut had quite a lot of airplay on Triangle TV in 1996. In 2003 I cut it back to the 23 minute cut you see here, which is a much better length, and this cut appeared as a special feature on the DVD of my film Belief. The film features the late great Ralph Bennett-Eades - i sat Ralph down in front of the camera and told him to "talk about dentists," and you can see what I got.
