Phil6219's video: 66716 at Bamfurlong - 04th January 2021

GBRF Shed 66716 "Locomotive & Carriage Institution Centenary 1911-2011" heads along the slow lines through Bamfurlong on Monday 04th January 2021. The Class 66 was working the Clitheroe Castle Cement to Avonmouth cement train and was running a bit early so would be stopped further along the slow lines at Golborne to wait until right time. It was a rather crisp morning, a bit chilly but fresh although it was somewhat of a challenge walking along the frozen compacted snow covered footpaths to get to the woodland, heck, I slipped about 4 times on the woodland paths alone :/ Naturally I wasn't lurking in the bushes waiting for a mere shed, I was there in the hope of catching some kind of convoy which when it appeared had five locos (2 Sheds and 3 Skodas) but was right on top of me on the slow lines. I decided that since this was running early I might as well stick around for a decent shot of something... Thanks for watching and subscribe to see more rail videos coming soon.
