@90036 & 90019 at Bamfurlong - 22nd December 2020

DB Red "Skodas" 90036 & 90019 head south through Bamfurlong at lunchtime on Tuesday 22nd December 2020. The two class 90s were on the daily Mossend to Daventry intermodal, 90036 was looking a bit mucky but otherwise were a matching pair. This working has occasionally dropped the "Malcolm" loco and recently started to see the black & orange locos originally destined for the Grand Central London/Blackpool services... This was more of a bonus shot, I was down on location waiting for a pair of Class 20s but it is of course, always good to see Class 90s in action :) I've got something special to wrap up the year, my top 20 favourite shots of the year which despite it being awful in so many ways hasn't been too disappointing for traction action...
