Philflash's video: Hawthorne Police Vehicle Cuts Off Motorists Bad Behavior

Hawthorne Police Department Vehicle: CA Exempt 1339230 405 Freeway Near El Segundo Blvd. Thursday June 25, 2015 Approximate Time: 2:19pm There is nothing like getting startled by a police vehicle cutting across your lane and not signaling. I came close to hitting the brakes and causing an accident! I picked up my camera to capture vehicle information. This PD vehicle moved across two additional lanes and still did not signal! I can understand if they were tracking a vehicle and were staying focused on it. But in this case, they appeared like they were coming back to Hawthorne after they were screwing around somewhere else! If civilians did this they would write them up for a fine costing more than $300.00 I'm sure!
