Philflash's video: Louisville Metro Police Handle Emotionally Disturbed Man

Louisville Metro Police Department Somewhere on Broadway 8/06/2015 While driving, I spotted an emotionally disturbed man bothering pedestrians on Broadway in downtown Louisville. Two police officers came on scene and were able to calm him down and take him in. The way the EDP was behaving, such as assuming an attack stance, the officers were well within their discretion and training to use greater physical force to restrain him. He complied and was apprehended without injury. I later spoke to officer McCauley whom I observe to be very sensitive about his profession. Both officers did a great job!
