In this episode, we talk about CLINCHING. This is a skill that is easily picked up in short period of time but there are some key points you should know about the clinch. Clinch fighting is not so prevalent anymore because referees tend to break up the clinch almost immediately because they assume that that is the end of the interaction. Also, for a clinch fighter, the risk of getting kicked by a high K1 while clinching and losing 3 points is just not worth the 1 point that he might get from clinch fighting. These are bad rule changes for short fighters, because clinch fighting was a major scoring opportunity for fighting tall fighters. ANYWAYS.
