@XK Detect X380 - No automatic or manual take off - problem

This would have been my first flight with the X380 I bought via Gearbest.com . But the quad will not take off when the automatic take off button is used or manual take off with the sticks. The rapidly flashing taillight would mean the battery is depleted, but the battery was fully charged. The battery is faulty or something else is causing this problem.
