They're incredibly easy to make, and are made with nothing but wholesome ingredients, including no refined sugars! I also used buckwheat flour as a base, but you can use any really, it doesn't have to be completely exact if you don't have a buckwheat one. Feel free to also add in some raisins or chopped nuts or something if you happen to be lacking in crunch since I had some crunchy-ness from the peanuts in there too!
