How to get into a solo public lobby on Windows 10(PC): 1. "windows key" + r, or alt tab out of the game and press start button. 2. type in "resmon" to access the resource monitor 3. right click gta5.exe 4. click suspend, and suspend again when the prompt comes up. 5. wait x amount of seconds. (I usually wait ~3 seconds). 6. right click gta5.exe 7. click resume, and resume again when the prompt appears. 8. return to the game. Wait about 10 seconds to see if it kicks everyone out, if it doesn't repeat the steps except wait longer before resuming the process. Follow me!
