Physics and animation's video: The Continuity Equation Fluid Mechanics - Lesson 6

@The Continuity Equation (Fluid Mechanics - Lesson 6)
A simplified derivation and explanation of the continuity equation, along with 2 examples.continuity equation of flow animation and explanation the equation based on the principle of conservation of mass is called continuity equation. According to this principle, the fluid mass can neither be created nor destroyed. The velocity of flow is small where the cross- sectional area is large, and velocity of flow is large where the cross-sectional area is small. In the tube of flow, there are a large number of stream lines. there at the end, where cross sectional area is large, the streamlines will be wide apart, whereas they will get crowded near the narrow end of the pipe. thus, velocity of flow increases when the streamlines come close to each other and decreases as the streamlines get away from each other. velocity of liquid will increase in going from point P to Q. the accelerating force on the liquid is due to the large pressure at P and a smaller pressure at Q. Hence, in a steady flow of an incompressible liquid, the pressure is greater at a point where the velocity of the flow is small Nd vice- versa FACEBOOK- join https://www.facebook.com/pptamazinganimation/ $$$- % - ALSO watch 3d WORKING of a D.C MOTOR playlist - 1 physics easy through animation: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWoJahbbSUBs5SYPTv4DIfbaxqhMHtlfo Basic concept of thermodynamics https://youtu.be/WgIY5nDvB6w 1.
