How to do Active Stretching They are done by actively holding a position that engages a muscle group while stretching the opposing muscles using internal forces. PASSIVE STRETCHING In passive stretching, instead of internal forces, the external forces are used to perform the stretching, rest all is similar to active stretching. FOR BEST RESULTS After Intense training of a trained muscle group perform - 3 Sets of 1 to 2 different active stretching - 3 Sets of 1 to 2 different passive stretching * Hold each set's stretch for 10-15 seconds ACTIVE - PASSIVE STRETCHING KEYNOTE:- 1.
