This is missing from Calves Training CALF (GASTROCNEMIUS MUSCLE) GASTROCNEMIUS PASSIVE STRETCHING - STANDING GASTROCNEMIUS STRETCH Step 1:- Right Position Stance- Shoulder width apart Back- Straight Chest- Up Step 2:- Start Point Place your one leg in the front of your body with your foot in dorsiflexed position while keeping your knee joint fully extended and back straight. Step 3:- End Point Slightly lean your torso in the forward direction while keeping your knee joint fully extended and foot dorsiflexed to feel the stretch on the gastrocnemius muscle and hold this position for 15 seconds. Step 4:- Hold your breath for 10-15 seconds during stretching to facilitate the stretch of muscle fibers. Step 5:- Establish mind and muscle connection by focusing only on the muscle fibers of the gastrocnemius muscle. Step 6:- Exhale & Relax. GASTROCNEMIUS PASSIVE STRETCHING - WALL ASSISTED GASTROCNEMIUS STRETCH Step 1:- Right Position Stance- Hip width apart Back- Straight Chest- Up Step 2:- Start Point Place your foot in dorsiflexed position over the bottom end of the wall while keeping your knee joint fully extended and back straight. Step 3:- End Point Lean your torso towards the wall while keeping your knee joint fully extended and foot dorsiflexed to feel the stretch on the gastrocnemius muscle and hold this position for 15 seconds. Step 4:- Hold your breath for 10-15 seconds during stretching to facilitate the stretch of muscle fibers. Step 5:- Establish mind and muscle connection by focusing only on the muscle fibers of the gastrocnemius muscle. Step 6:- Exhale & Relax. GASTROCNEMIUS PASSIVE STRETCHING - THERABAND ASSISTED GASTROCNEMIUS STRETCH Use:- THERABAND & BARBELL PAD Step 1:- Right Position Sit over the mat comfortably. Step 2:- Start Point Place your one leg over the barbell pad with your foot in dorsiflexed position while keeping your knee joint fully extended and back straight. Then place the theraband at the ball of your foot and hold both ends of theraband with your hands. Step 3:- End Point Pull the theraband towards your body while keeping your knee joint fully extended and foot dorsiflexed to feel the stretch on the gastrocnemius muscle and hold this position for 15 seconds. Step 4:- Hold your breath for 10-15 seconds during stretching to facilitate the stretch of muscle fibers. Step 5:- Establish mind and muscle connection by focusing only on the muscle fibers of the gastrocnemius muscle. Step 6:- Exhale & Relax.
