It is a book about the challenges that he went through from having a breakdown working in London to drink and drugs and being without a home. He also talks about the 3 years he spent getting sober while living in a Buddhist monastery. What did he learn? What are the tools are practices that you can use to deal with challenging times. He talks about some of the 101 different ways and techniques for moving through challenges and coming out the side. How do we go through difficult times and start to thrive?
