Steps to prepare Potato Snack Recipe : Snacks Recipe | Easy Snacks to Make at Home | Potato Recipes | Evening Snacks Recipe Tamil Telugu Hindi Procedure: How to make Potato Snack: 1. To a mixer jar, add 1/2 cup of roasted bengal gram and grind it to a very fine powder. Keep it ready. 2. Boil and keep ready one potato in a mixing bowl. Mash it well using a fork. Now add the ground roasted bengal gram powder to this. 3. Then add 1 onion very finely chopped, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 tbsp of chopped curry leaves, 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tbsp of chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix all the ingredients well. 4. Pull out a small portion and make a smooth ball out of it. Give it a slight press and make patties. 5. Heat a pan and add 2 tbsps of oil to it. When the oil is nice and hot, go ahead and add the potato patties. Keep the flame in medium throughout the frying process. Let this cook for 5 minutes. When one side is nicely done and crispy, flip to the other side and let this again cook for 3 more minutes. Now both sides are golden brown and crispy, so remove them. 6.
