PistachiOld's video: Exploring Rural Penang Tropical Fruit Farm Tropical Spice Garden and Beach

@Exploring Rural Penang | Tropical Fruit Farm, Tropical Spice Garden and Beach
From South Korea to Malaysia, our second destination is Penang (Georgetown). The island off the northwest coast of Malaysia is home to a population of mostly ethnic Chinese. Being Chinese ourselves, we couldn't help but speak in Chinglish throughout the trip. We arrived in Penang in the evening and by the time we figured out how to take buses(MUST give exact change and tell them where you are going), commute an hour to the Teluk Bahang district, find our hotel and check in, shower and settle in, it was already late in the evening. Luckily food stalls in Asia tend to stay open well after the starlights shine. Our first full day in Penang, we woke up super early to hit up the Tropical Fruit Farm(a place I have been looking forward to the most). Desperately deprived on fruits, it was like heaven there. Both our Grab drivers, to and from the farm, were super nice and friendly. They were proud of their country, happy to welcome visitors and gave us very helpful advice. I love the people in Penang. They are so nice. Penang not only is very humid but the summer heat really started to take a hit on us. We visited the Tropical Spice Garden thinking we could somehow get away from the sun. Which we sort of did, but then the mosquitoes got to us. If you are interested in nature and spices from around the world I would highly recommend this place. There wasn't too much to see except for plants and more plants. I did learn a lot from the audio device but by now I have forgotten everything. kkkkk There is an open beach right across from the spice garden. It's one of our favourite beaches because the waves were perfect, it was clean and really nobody there. Did we go for a swim? Well our swimsuits were in our luggage so... I'll leave that for you to imagine. Penang is like the foodie central of Malaysia. And because of that, we ended up eating SO MUCH FOOD. Which is why I needed to make this vlog into two parts.
