PistachiOld's video: What to eat during a Singapore 12 hour Layover Hawker Centre Food Stalls Changi Airport

Halfway through the journey and now we take a mini stop at Changi airport in Singapore. Is this place even real? How is everything so bougie? EVERYTHING IS SO PREMIUM ! ! ! But that's not the real reason why we made a stop. Our 12-hour layover gave us the perfect window of opportunity to devour ourselves in traditional Singaporean food at a hawker centre. You've probably seen the movie Crazy Rich Asian, right? And in one of the early scenes, they eat at a hawker centre. Yup, even the most bougie people eat at these culturally rich but structurally ancient locations. That's where the good stuff is!!! These families have been cooking up delicacies for generations. The recipes are born in their blood. Seriously, so many of the stalls had a kid helping out. lol no reports on illegal child labour. Something worth mentioning is that we were at the hawker centre around late noon so the stalls were slowly opening up. If you want a full experience and try the best ones, go later in the evening when everything is open. Though a 12-hour stay could have been more eventful, the food kind of gave us a food-coma... plus we woke up really early to catch the flight. Hence after eating, we went back to the airport and chilled. Actually, Changi airport is enormous but we only explored a fraction of it. Rumour has it there are slides you can go down to your gate...
