Vix in Japan's video: Silly Billy: Organizing my retro game collection in Japan

@Silly Billy: Organizing my retro game collection in Japan
To be honest with you, there's no point me doing an apartment tour, if you type into YouTube, "English teacher apartment tour" you will get hundreds of videos which will probably feature numerous times the exact apartment I live in, a LeoPalace. They are up and down Japan in there tens of thousands and very few of them vary from the same layout, so I won't be doing that. However, I did want to finally organize both my retro game collection and consoles to make the games much more accessible for me to play (a perennial problem in my old home in Iwate) now I have moved to Mie. On a budget, I have organized my collection in a much better fashion, in fact I only spent about 10,000yen (~$71USD/£60GBP/70EUR) I already had purchased the AV switch, AV to HDMI, extension cables etc. I show you how I did it, and what the end result is! For a long time I had to shuffle my consoles around to play them and to be honest after a year of doing that I mostly on played on the Super Famicom because it was such a nuisance but my life was otherwise full with drawing manga, running and skating until I broke my wrist in October 2022. Then I got a real hankering to play something other than my Super Famicom, and it wasn't possible as things were boxed up and I couldn't get them down due to my injury. In the end I found myself surprisingly addicted to Golf on the GameBoy (playable one handed you see....erm) but inside I was thinking I really want to play some Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 on my PS2.... So I vowed when I moved to Mie, to sort out my collection, tidy it up and make it accessible! Now I can play Sega Rally, Rockman, Gunhed and Super Mario World whenever I want :) -- You can read my debut manga Future Saviors for free here: https://linktr.ee/futuresaviors You can help support the channel, artwork and my manga Future Saviors in many ways: *Patreon:* https://patreon.com/pixel_vixen from $2 a month *Ko-fi:* https://ko-fi.com/pixel_vixen *Future Saviors, Retro Gaming & Japan Merch/Photos on RedBubble Store*: https://tinyurl.com/y543sbsy *Instagram*: https://www.instagram.com/stories/pixel_vixen_in_japan *Tees on Amazon including Future Saviors merch, the Amiga, Super Nintendo/Famicom, Mega Drive, Commodore 64 and more pixel art designs:* UK: https://tinyurl.com/y4bmp9x9 USA: https://tinyurl.com/y3url56k DE: https://tinyurl.com/y52plesh FR: https://amazon.fr/dp/B08JJ485KM IT: https://amazon.it/dp/B08JJ4MMB5 ES: https://amazon.es/dp/B08JJ5QMSK Sorry - not all countries I'd like to offer them through are supported yet by Amazon.
