Her passion for music was evident from a very early age, and she soon began to immerse herself artistically and professionally, and receiving classes in singing, corporal expression, vocal transmission, etc. Charo is chameleonic, being able to transform herself depending on the song she is writing or interpreting, as well as on the personality of the principal character, modifying her voice and presentation style accordingly. Competitively, she has won numerous prizes at song festivals, from her native city to Alicante and beyond. Charo,s relationship with the GISF goes back several editions, appearing as interpreter of other songwriters entries. She has also enjoyed GISF success, having won second prize at the 2014 edition with a self-penned song.
