Elena Iliadi (Greece) Song Title: Adiaforo (Indifference) Author/Composer: Elena Iliadi and Aggelos Saraglou (Greece) Elena’s childhood introduction to the music world came via violinist grandfather….and she’s never looked back. From a young age, she studied classical music and played the piano and, sang as a mezzo-soprano and performed Greek and foreign songs on stage. In 2000, she issued her first album, My Best Friend, consisting of 12 popular Greek songs and following this with numerous appearances in Greece and abroad (Europe, Canada, USA and Africa) over the next few years. Elena has represented Greece at a number of important International Festivals, such as the Ohrid Festival in Fyrom (ex-Yugoslavia) in 2010, where she won the best interpreter prize. In 2011, she was the Greek representative at the Suncanekale International Festival in Monte Negro, repeating this in the 2012 edition. Elena has released three albums to date, plus six digital singles. In addition to music, she has studied journalism, Greek civilizations and foreign languages, among them, French and English
