subscribe → http://bit.ly/2U5Vm7S purchase fthh tote → https://bit.ly/fthh-tote purchase my cookbook →https://bit.ly/forthehealthyhoes blt wrap (blt sandwich in ebook—basically the same thing): tempeh bacon lettuce tomato red onion avocado taco salad lettuce brown rice pinto and black beans (roasted in chili pwdr, garlic pwdr, salt + pep for 7 mins) pico de Gallo avocado homemade tortilla strips vegan cheese (in ebook) —cashews (soaked overnight) —4 cloves of garlic —nutritional yeast —smoked paprika —salt —pepper —tbsp of salsa —plant mylk banana bread (in ebook) 4 over ripe bananas 1 ½ cup all purpose flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ baking soda A pinch of salt A pinch of nutmeg 1 tbsp cinnamon ⅓ cup coconut sugar ¼ cup grapeseed oil ⅓ cup blueberries 3 tbsps walnut pieces 1. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F. 2. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl and mix well. 3. In another bowl, add the bananas and mash into small chunks. 4. Add the sugar and oil to the bananas and mix well. 5. Next, add in the dry ingredients just enough for everything to come together. 6. Now add the walnuts and blueberries (and any other additions you prefer). 7. Add the banana bread mixture to a 8x4-inch loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. The bread can be tested with a toothpick or fork. When it is ready, the toothpick will come out clean.
