SUBSCRIBE → http://bit.ly/2U5Vm7S PURCHASE MY COOKBOOK →https://bit.ly/forthehealthyhoes WEBSITE: www.plntbasedprincess.com INSTAGRAM: www.instagram.com/plntbasedprincess hi guys! back with another what I eat in a week as a vegan. hope you enjoy! here's everything I ate: Day one— Orange + grapefruit juice Almond butter toast: Gluten free bread Almond butter Cacao nibs Drizzled with agave Sushi: Avocado Sushi rice Nori (https://amzn.to/30NoGRU) Homemade seasoning: Garlic flakes Chopped onion Poppy seeds Sesame seeds Crushed red piers Salt Pepper Pizza (full recipe in ebook): Target vegan thin crust Pasta sauce Gardein beefles crumbles Spinach violife moz. cheese Topped with nutritional yeast, garlic flakes, salt and pepper Day two— Cereal Daves killer bread cinnamon raisin bagel Random bowl: Brown rice Broccolini Black beans Potatoes Sauerkraut Tahini sauce: 2 tbsps of tahini 1-2 tbsp of water (depending on desired consistency) Garlic flakes Crushed red pepper 1 tsp of liquid aminos Golden mylk (full recipe in ebook): Oat mylk Fresh turmeric Fresh ginger 1 tsp of cinnamon Pepper 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract 1 tbsp of maple syrup Day three— Juice: Mango, peaches, pineapple, kale, spinach and….celery lol don’t recommend celery if you’re in it for flavor Sandwich: Dave’s killer bread (multi grain) Tofurkey Lettuce Onion Avoado Sauerkraut Mayo Red beans and rice: Nina’s video — https://youtu.be/_OcYtU4T3a4 Recipe that I somewhat followed— https://www.pinterest.com/pin/479070479115218387/ Cornbread: 3 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 cups yellow cornmealpinch of salt1 cup spelt four2 1/2 tbsp sugar 6 tbsp vegan butter (melted) 1 1/8 cup of almond mylk Mix dry ingredients Add wet ingredients and mix well Add mixture to square pan lined with parchment paper Bake on 350 f for 25-30 minutes or until fork comes out clean Day four— Golden mylk Organic seeded cherries—so good. Sustainability is so important to me. One of the most impactful ways to live a sustainble lifestyle (besides eating plant based) is thrifting and supporting sustainable/ethical brands. The fashion industry is one of the most wasteful industries of all. Do good by shopping second hand and/or donating the things you no longer need to thrift shops + supporting sustainable brands.
