( the Holy Fuck ) Yoga is a well known practice used to yoke, evoke and connect with ones own unique essence, also called the Divine. Sex is the essence of being human. It is HOW we were made, and WHAT we were made from… And therefore - like it or not, it is WHAT WE ARE: sexual energy made visible. Medicine is that which will re-establish balance, flow, ease and understanding into a system that has lost its way. When there is no flow we express dis-ease - lack of flow. Medicine is usually used to bring the flow back into our system.
