If Anko was reborn with all her memories and powers, she could have a far larger impact on the story than one would anticipate. First and foremost, she would be reborn with a curse mark, albeit an imperfect one, which would allow her to access a power that even Orochimaru himself at that point had not devised yet. This would make the girl even more interesting to him, ensuring she would become his student once again. Here she would either be able to use that influence to steer her sensei away from his dark path, being aware of his crimes before they even happen, or else thwart him by actively hampering his curse mark research and possibly even turning him over to the Village before he can amass the full extent of his power.
