Police Brutality Matters's video: Taxpayers are you satisfied paying for bad police officers

Red flags mean absolutely nothing if you don’t apply the appropriate actions to them. Taxpayers, once again, here is an example of why the police should NEVER be tasked to investigate the police. Question for taxpayers, are you satisfied paying for bad police officers? In my proposal for the ‘Bad Cop Bill,’ I recommend taxpayers should no longer pick up the tab for bad policing. Officers should be required to obtain and maintain liability insurance. If the officer’s actions are consistent with training, policy and procedures then the officer is covered by the department. If the officer actions is NOT consistent with training, policy and procedures then the officer is on his own and will have to use his insurance to pay the civil payouts. Tell me what you think.
