I went to Ueno the other day for hanami (flower viewing) and there were so many PEOPLE (foreigners included)!!! Typical Japanese hanami is basically where friends and family get together and picnic at a park where sakura flowers are in bloom! Ueno is a large park that has shrine(s?), a zoo, museums, and many many other things. This was filmed on the same day I went to Asagaya Anime street~
