Singapore, Small but Sweet Singapore is such a fine city. I am impressed with how good the government here maintains its island cleanliness and all standard. The first impression I had was the airport; the airport got decorated with trees and plants all over the place which gave me totally good vibes, unlike the other airports I had been. The arrival terminal was well organized; you will find the luggage pickup area right after the immigration. Transportation after Midnight My flight was late; it was after midnight. As expected, there were no buses and neither trains available—The only options left were a taxi and Grab service. There is a Grabhitch; the cheapest choice I got. To use Grabhitch is easy and all you need just time. You will need to book it at least 10 minutes before departure time. The price was around SGD 14 which was reasonable. It can take up to 16 - 26 minutes to get to a hotel, and a total distance was 21 kilometers. After 10 minutes of waiting, unfortunately, there was no Grabhitch driver available, so I took grabshare instead. A grabshare is a bit more pricey compared to Grabhitch which was SGD 18. There were two other passengers in a car when I got on board, however, I did enjoy Singapore skyline even I shared them with 3 other passengers, and my ride took over 45 minutes to get to a hotel. The last option was a private grab ride which costs SGD 24 after midnight. It is the most expensive one but sure save your time and gave you a totally private space. The Street in Singapore The street in Singapore looks well constructed and easy to drive; there were clear traffic signs. There was a tunnel on MCE, Marina Coastal Expressway, which a grab driver took me to a hotel; it was huge and long distance. The entire traveling distance was 12.4 kilometers from MCE, Marina Coastal Expressway to KPE Kallang-Paya Lebar expressways. The tunnel here looks well modern like in Switzerland. Inside a tunnel, there were 5 lanes with good lighting inside.
