This day was HOT with so many FLIES!!! Even the sea eagle was over heating! and no crocodiles to be seen up close because they were all hiding in the cooler water = water temp 32c, Air temperature 38-40c = 100F!!!! We got sunburnt and dehydrated (kind of), but it was so worth it for this most beautiful fish!!! Isn't it a stunner!!! And YES it tasted AMAZING!!! Avocado salad with a lemon and Apple Cider Vinegar dressing to top it all off. This is the Kimberley, it's remote and it is extreme!!!
