THIS IS A MUST WATCH VIDEO! POSITIVELY INSPIRING! Kyle Maynard was born with no arms and no legs. His parents refused to let his "disability" dictate his life despite doctors telling them he might have to live at home for the rest of his life and rely on prosthetics to perform daily activities. They decided to treat him as "normal." Now, he doesn't have many adaptations. He eats, shaves, gets dressed, writes, types, and drives all with no prosthetics or special tools. He lives alone in a three-story townhouse; his bedroom is on the top floor. He drives, and the only adjustment is elevated foot pedals. He attributes failing to learning how to live and thrive in daily life and believes if his parents had helped him with everything, he wouldn't be living the way he is today—independently. He reminds us that when we start anything, it's hard. But we have to go out of our comfort zone in order to be unbound and stand up on our own.
