This object can be anything you want. Many people find the flame of a candle most pleasant. You can also use flowers, pictures of Buddha or other divine beings etc. ☀︎ Visualization Create a peaceful place in your mind and explore it. You’re doing it right if you are able to reach a state of complete calm. It can be anywhere in the universe and it doesn’t have to be entirely real. Most people visualize a warm, sea shore, a meadow, a beautiful forest.
