@India Street Food - The Vegetarian "Hotdog"

The street food changes with every city and here what they call an Indian hotdog is a potato Marsala stuffed pepper, dipped in a cornflower coating and deep fried. We got them hot out of the fryer in hopes they were a bit safer for our stomachs to eat. Delicious. Very east to be a vegetarian in India.
