PowerCore360's video: How to fix lateral knee cap pain

@How to fix lateral knee cap pain
Lateral knee pain is common in female athletes and active females in general. Often this is a tracking or alignment issue in that the knee cap (patella) is not moving up and down over the thigh bone (femur) correctly which can be the cause of this type of knee pain. The fix is NOT more glute work. This video shows how to fix it by releasing the IT band and activating (strengthening the quad and inner thigh muscles to help realign the tracking of the knee cap over the thigh bone (femur).
