The biggest blunder is : I tried to pick up the epinuclear sheet with the phaco needle bevel-down. I should have used bimanual IA or a Simcoe cannula to separate the epinuclear sheet from the post capsule and then use the phaconeedle if necessary. Usually this soft lens matter comes out by the bimanual or Simcoe itself. This video also shows that it is not necessary to use triamcinolone acetate to manage a P C rent.
