You Are Enough ! I know, I know that we humans are social animals and thus we need people around us for every kind of reassurance.. that yes you are important, yes, you are beautiful, yes you are being loved, yes you are not alone. And so on.. And through these reassurances we seek for validation from people, that I am Good Enough. Yet I would say, "You Are Enough". We should not need anyone else to tell us that . Lets First learn to be a great company to our own self. Be your best companion. And How do we do that? 1) Learn from your Mistakes, try not to repeat them, but FORGIVE yourself for those mistakes., 2) ACCEPT all the flaws, 3) IGNORE all the labels and judgements (the negative ones ) that your mind puts on you, and 4) LOVE yourself like the mother of your inner child! Its easy said than done, its always work in progress. But one has to start somewhere. One has to be in that process. So, lets start, lets be in that process of LOVING and ACCEPTING our OWNSELF.
