ଚିକେନ୍ ବାଟିବସା | Chicken Batibasa | Odia Batibasa Curry | Odia Recipe ....................................................................................................................... Batibasa is an authentic & lost Odia recipe. “Bati” means vessel & “Basa” means steam cooking. In older days traditionally people used to mix all the ingredients (veggies/fish/ shrimp along with spices & mustard oil with little water) & allow it to cook on a wood fire chulha in a very slow cooking method.
