This shabad is composed by Guru Arjan Dev Sahib Ji(15 April 1563 – 30 May 1606) who was the first of the two Gurus martyred in the Sikh faith and the fifth of the ten total Sikh Gurus. This shabad is in Raag Siree and is on page 44 in Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
