Precision Movement's video: Day 5 of the 12 Day DoTheDMT Challenge

Welcome to Day 5 of the 12 Day Challenge. The challenge is part of our official launch of the new Daily Movement Tuneup (DMT) feature in our ROM Coach app. (If you don't have ROM Coach yet, get it for free at https://www.ROM.coach/get/) All you have to do to participate is do your personalized DMT every day - it takes just 3-5 minutes a day and the exercises require absolutely no equipment, then post on social with the hashtag .
